1:15 · Ważność samooceny i przebaczenia 1

So that they could also do the same things, so their kids would also be successful. I the number one thing I realized, and it's so important for everybody, is that kids need to believe in themselves. And so do adults. And in other words, you need to forgive yourself when you make a mistake. And we all make mistakes. Every single day. And we just need to move on and forgive ourselves. We need to move on. You try to revise to make it better. If it doesn't work, you just have to forgive yourself. Because we all make mistakes. That's life. But the school system likes to think that you can be perfect. And that's what causes a lot of problems.

And then if it doesn't work, let them revise. So that's my philosophy. No one does it right the first time. And so everybody needs to have an opportunity to revise without feeling bad about it. That's important. Don't feel bad, because we all make mistakes. Lots of them. And I can give you examples. So, for example, the bike. Who learned to ride the bike on the first try? Or who learned to swim across a pool on the first attempt? There's thousands of examples. Who learned to read the first day they were in school? It just takes time. You have to learn and revise and revise.

16:10 · Dzień ojca i balansowanie 2

Do you ever ask your kids what they want to do? Of course. Well, you are probably already trained to do that. The youngest ones have a huge advantage over that, that all the mistakes were done with the older ones. But many people don't ask their kids. They just tell them. They just tell them. This weekend we're going here. And you're coming. Although we have something that my kids... In the beginning they didn't like it and they learned to love it. I call it daddy day. It's a day without an agenda. We just leave the house. We usually end up in a movie theater at the end or something like this, but we just go and I said, oh, let's go to the top of a palace of culture or let's go to the park or something like this and we do the next thing that we feel like.

That's a great idea. I like it. Yeah, it's called Daddy Day. For a reason I'm trying to balance the mummy days, which are very well planned usually. I think it's great. I think we should do it everywhere. Zróbmy to. A ja mówię, OK, gotuj się, jest 10. To świetne. I don't think... We did a few daddy days, but I think most of the time we did kids organizing the weekend days.

18:13 · Planowanie i doświadczenie 1

I jeśli robią jakieś błyski, to można im pomóc. You know, you can expand to a whole weekend. Is it also important that children participate in a day-to-day life of a household? That the chores, etc., that they do it? For sure. So there's a responsibility there as well.

22:48 · Zadania domowe i konsekwencje 1

Yes. Make their own breakfast, pack their own lunch, I know a lot of parents think, oh no, they can't pack their own lunch, you know, they might give themselves all cookies. For a day or two and then they're gonna be too sweet. That's right. They have to learn. And they do learn. So my kids made their own breakfast, packed their own lunch. Since what age? Wow. No. Ok. That's true. I wtedy włożyli mleko.

41:56 · Kultura zaufania w USA 1

It was really, you know, and I was a teacher. My entire salary went to pay to Harvard. Yes. And I was like, well, History Unlit, okay, you can be a professor. I couldn't think of anything else you could do with History Unlit.

55:55 · Rehabilitacja relacji z rodzicami 1

But it is an uphill battle. Because every day more fake news comes out on social media. And some of it is shocking. And you don't know if it's true or not. And how are you supposed to know? Because the images are also fake. I'm sure everybody has seen those fake images. They're all over the web. You know, on Facebook and on Instagram and on TikTok.
