My name is Krzysztof Marzyล„ski. I am a partner at international law firm Fieldfisher. I am responsible for real estate and construction practice at our law firm. We entered Poland last year in May 2025 and we opened offices in Warsaw and Krakow. Fieldfisher is an international law firm with more than 2,000 lawyers across many European countries. We have 28 offices and we are present in 14 countries. My are UK-based law firm. Myself, I'm specializing in transactions, development and asset management. I work on this market for more than 20 years. I worked on deals involving as offices, retail, hotels, but for the last 8 years I'm particularly focused on student housing, BTR, and to some extent I also worked on the farmland and data centers. My impressions from MIPIM? If you would meet Tomasz like two weeks ago, I would say that I'm coming here with optimism.
