Delivered together with Foreign Expansion Fund II , managed by PFR TFI. 7R completed the key formalities of the acquisition of a Berlin property from Karl Gruppe in July 2026, 7R's first project in Germany, an operational warehouse complex in the Lichtenberg district industrial area. 7R City Park Berlin East, a brownfield redevelopment combining modernization of the existing buildings with the potential to add two new buildings for a completed scheme of approximately 43,000 square meters value at around 70 million delivered with foreign expansion fund to FISAN managed by PFR TFI. Entered into a separately managed account with a professional investor on 6th of March 2026, targeting 200 million euro of investment in modern industrial warehouse and logistics development in Germany.

The strategy is focused on Germany's big seven cities, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf. Targeting two to three new plots totaling approximately 100 to 150 thousand square meters this year with project launches expected towards the end of 2027. In the Czech Republic we completed our first Czech development, the park at Lucek nad Vlatvou with EQT Real Estate with totaling 56,500 square meters of logistics and light manufacturing space.
