In this episode my guests are Charlie, Ela, Sophie and Tristan from Suvemae democratic school in Talin, Estonia. We’ll talk about day to day running of the school, rules, ways in which they deal with conflict, their experience in traditional schools and on top of that they are giving me a great lesson on interviewing and they also almost made me cry.
